Commonweal School is a leading, established secondary school in the Wiltshire area with over a 90 year history.
During the summer months whilst the school was closed, they engaged us to provide some refurbishment services to be complete ready for the new school year to start.
We were asked to complete several new installations and refurbishment work to the reception area of the school which will provide increased access for both the students and teachers; as well as increasing school security and safety.
Our refurbishment work included:
- Building a new entrance partition with glazed panels and secure access double doors
- Cutting block wall to create a new hatch for students to access reception
- Cutting block wall to create new entrance to office
- Replacing existing doors with new doors to comply with fire regulations
- Installation of a new suspended ceiling
- Re-locate electrical/data cabling and box in
- Decorate through all areas of works
Commonweal were thrilled with the work that we completed to the reception area. The changes that we helped to implement have already resulted in increased efficiency for the school and have made the school look more professional.
