Overview:

 

After the successful first phase of roofing we were awarded the second half of the project. the second phase totaled over 12000 m2 including gutter linings, new gutters and downpipes.

A flat roof was included within the second phase which was insulated up to current building regulations and included a 25 year insurance backed warranty.

  • Replacement rooflights including additional rooflights
  • VCL, Spacer system and insulation
  • Over cladding
  • PVC lined gutter system
  • Liquid plastics to penetrations
  • Flashing / Detailing work

Summary

 

Second phase ran as smooth as the first with the full project complete within the 12 week program we envisaged. the clients friendly team made this project a pleasure it was a shame to leave.
