Overview:

 

Our client had issues with water ingress into their workshop. In the workshop they manufacture switcgear equiptment with expensive components so this had to be resolved.

During our site survey we identified issues with the junction between the 2 roofs and recomended this was reinfced with additional steel work before it was over roofed.

During the roofing project we were asked to design and install an insulated cladding system to give the entrance elvations a facelift.

 

 

 Services provided:

  • Over cladding of existing roof  and walls including all perimeter detailing with a 25-year warranty
  • New PVC lined gutter system with a 25-year warranty
  • New safety line system for roof access
  • Structural steel works
  • New rainwater goods

Summary

 

Water ingress was cured as well as reassurance the defective cladding and structural elements were repaired and left in a safe condition plus a thermal upgrade throughout
